The what and why of this workshop invitation

You are invited to participate in an interactive workshop designed to develop tools to increase our self-awareness of cultural values and the cultural perspectives of our teams, clients and partners.

We will explore our own Cultural Values by using the Cultural Values Profile https://culturalq.com to gain an understanding of our perspective and the perspectives of others.

You will come away with an appreciation of how Cultural Intelligence (the ability to adapt to cultures different than your own) can enhance your capacity to lead a team of diverse individuals.

This exploration will be facilitated to model Cultural Intelligence and will focus on the importance of building your team’s capacity to become more innovative by recognizing the perspectives of your diverse team members.

About the facilitator

I became interested in Cultural Intelligence as an Executive Coach when I became aware of the changing work environment of my leadership coaching clients. The global marketplace, mobility of talent around the world and the impact of immigration has presented our world with an opportunity to change how we think about culture and diversity. Appreciating my own Cultural Values and developing Cultural Intelligence has changed how I see leadership and the potential for innovation and business growth.

My desire is to support leaders to become more effective in the changing world of work.

I am a Certified Cultural Intelligence Facilitator and Professional Certified Coach. I bring a broad experience supporting business leaders and coaches to hone their capacity to create positive work environments in their diverse workplaces. My role as a facilitator is to create a learning experience that can enhance our professional development by exploring new learning and leveraging our professional, personal and organizational strengths.
